[ ] Restaurant / brand name matches the order record
[ ] Selected chopstick format is identified
[ ] Order quantity and number of artwork versions are identified
[ ] Current ERS artwork template revision has been confirmed

Artwork file
[ ] Front and back faces are clearly labeled
[ ] Document size has not been changed
[ ] Essential artwork remains inside the current safe area
[ ] Bleed extends to the current bleed boundary where required
[ ] Logos and type remain vector where practical
[ ] Fonts are outlined or packaged
[ ] Linked raster images are embedded at effective final-size resolution
[ ] Hidden objects and unused swatches are removed

Print preparation
[ ] One- or two-color treatment is explicit
[ ] A printed background is counted as an ink color
[ ] Spot colors use consistent names across both faces
[ ] Fine reversed type and linework have been reviewed at 100% size
[ ] Any QR code has been tested with its final destination and quiet zone

Proof approval
[ ] Spelling, phone, address, URL and social handles are current
[ ] Front/back orientation is correct
[ ] Product association is correct
[ ] Color assignments are identified
[ ] Latest proof revision is named
[ ] Approver and approval date are recorded
[ ] Differences between digital proof and physical production are understood
