Masamoto KK Series Kasumi Yanagiba can be used to slice boneless sashimi and to skin small~medium sized fishes.
DO NOT use in dishwasher or microwave. The carbon steel is not rust-resistance. Wash, wipe and dry it up well with a soft cloth immediately after each use. If rust appears, use a whetstone to remove. Do not cut or hit frozen or any hardened food with this knife; it may cause the tip to break.
