Shipping Policy

Shipping Zone

Domestic shipping to all U.S. States, including U.S. Territories, Alaska, and Hawaii.


Delivery Timeline

We generally ship orders within 3-5 days following order confirmation. Please allow up to 2-3 additional days for rural zip codes, high season, holidays, and sale events. Keep in mind that there's handling time before shipping PLUS the delivery time (depending on the shipping method).


Tracking a Shipment

confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your shipment online by the provided tracking number.

Heavy shipments are signature required upon delivery for secure delivery.


Expedited Shipping

We provide various shipping methods to choose at checkout. Please contact info@edenrestaurantsupply.com for shipping inquiries other than the provided methods at the checkout page.


Return Policy

Return Qualifications

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returned items must meet the following conditions: Item and packaging must be in its original unopen condition with NO damage. Any signs of wear and tear will disqualify the item for return processing. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds are NOT granted for:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Items not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items that have been opened from the original packaging (packaging seal broken)
  • Items that are returned more than 30 days from the date of purchase
  • Items that are sold as final sale during a promotion
  • Parts including electronic item parts
  • Items damaged during the return delivery on the way back to us. Please securely pack your return items and purchase insurance through the freight company.


Refunds (if applicable)

After your returns arrive in our warehouse, we will email you that we have received the item and notify of our decision.

Refunds on return orders will be issued within 7 business days. Please allow processing time. Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment. 


Exchanges & Damages (if applicable)

If your order was received damaged, please email us immediately with a picture to info@edenrestaurantsupply.com. We will give you specific instructions on how to proceed. Items need to be kept for 10 days after it has been reported to us and we have acknowledged your damage claim.

We only replace items if they are defective or arrive damaged. If you need to exchange, contact us ASAP at info@edenrestaurantsupply.com

All damage reports and exchange request must be made within the 30 days from the order date.


CA Proposition 65 Warning

Proposition 65 requires California to publish a list of chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. This list, which must be updated at least once a year, has grown to include approximately 900 chemicals since it was first published in 1987.

If a Prop65 warning is placed on a product label or posted or distributed at a workplace, a business, or in rental housing, the business issuing the warning is aware or believes that it is exposing individuals to one or more listed chemicals.

By law, a warning must be given for listed chemicals unless the exposure is low enough to pose no significant risk of cancer or is significantly below levels observed to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.
