Product overview
The Turbo Air TCGB-72CO-W(B)-N combines separate dry and refrigerated bakery displays in one curved-front cabinet, with 12.2 cu. ft. in each section. Sliding rear doors provide staff access, while the minimal frame keeps products visible through the tempered front glass. Choose white or black from the available variants.
- Two display sections: Separate dry and refrigerated compartments.
- 12.2 cu. ft. per section: Four adjustable shelves in total.
- 33–41°F average: Refrigerated section temperature.
Display and cabinet construction
Low-E-coated, double-pane glass is tempered for safety. Four heavy-duty, white PE-coated cantilevered wire shelves adjust in height and tilt. Safety-shielded LED lighting illuminates the interior. The cabinet has a stainless steel floor and airflow grille, with high-density, CFC-free polyurethane insulation foamed in place throughout.
Refrigeration and controls
The refrigerated section has a self-contained system requiring no plumbing, a solar-powered digital thermometer and an electronic thermostat with defrost control. The condenser brush runs daily to prevent dust-related system failure and loss of stored products. The compressor compartment is accessible from the rear for servicing.
R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant has zero ozone-depletion potential (ODP 0) and a global warming potential of 3. The system is designed to meet 2017 DOE energy-conservation standards and uses an EPA SNAP-approved hydrocarbon refrigerant.

Installation and product loading
Keep the operating environment at or below 75°F and 55% relative humidity. Avoid HVAC vents, fans and doorways that disrupt the air curtain. Air-curtain displays operate most efficiently fully stocked, with products arranged to keep airflow paths clear.
Allow 3 inches behind the cabinet and keep the front condenser inlet clear. Level all corners for drainage. Have a qualified installer provide a grounded, dedicated circuit of at least 20 amps with minimum 12-AWG wiring, following the delivered manual. Do not use extension cords or adapters. Seal floor-sealed installations as directed.
Let the refrigerated section reach its set temperature before loading; do not add hot products. Keep products away from the back wall and suction grille, within the shelf edges. The dry section is not refrigerated. R-290 is flammable: have the installer determine room size from the rating-plate charge and the manual requirement of 1 cubic meter per 8 g. Protect tubing and do not accelerate defrost mechanically. Do not use electrical appliances inside food compartments unless approved by the manufacturer.
Cleaning and maintenance
Unplug before cleaning; remove products, shelves and bottom trays. Let the refrigerated compartment warm, then clean with warm water and mild detergent and wipe away residue. Keep electrical parts dry. Clean the drain beneath the bottom shelf regularly. The condenser brush may not remove grease; arrange qualified nitrogen cleaning once or twice yearly. Wait five minutes before restarting. Refrigerant service requires trained personnel.
