Product Overview

Shin Young SY-1504 commercial electric green onion slicer for producing long, uniform scallion strips in restaurant kitchens. The adjustable 2.3–9 mm cutting system is designed for shredded green onions used with Korean BBQ, samgyeopsal, scallion salads, garnishes, and other high-volume food prep.

The 300W electric cutter reduces repetitive knife work while providing consistent strip width across batches. Made in Korea for commercial kitchen prep.

The Shin Young SY-1504 prepares long green onion and scallion strips for Korean BBQ accompaniments, samgyeopsal, scallion salads and garnishes. Unlike a round-cut scallion slicer, it sends ingredients through a dedicated shredding head and discharges the strips below into a receiving container. Electric operation reduces repetitive manual slicing during restaurant prep.

The 2.3–9 mm cutting-width range suits fine or wider scallion strips. Supplied strip width depends on the fitted cutter-head configuration, so confirm that configuration when ordering. Ingredients enter through the top feed tube and move through stainless-steel cutting blades; forward and reverse switch positions support operation as directed in the model instructions.

The removable blade-and-comb head provides access for cleaning. Use the SY-1608 instead when the dish calls for round cross-cut scallions. For SY-1504 maintenance, replacement four-blade sets and two-piece holder-plate sets are available separately; neither is a complete machine. Disconnect power before removing or refitting the cutting head.

The top-feed layout sends ingredients through the cutting head and discharges strips below; the machine measures 420W × 215L × 430H mm.

Maintain the cutting head with model-specific parts

The removable blade-and-comb head provides access for cleaning and maintenance. A four-blade replacement set and a two-plate holder set are available specifically for the SY-1504 as separate products. The blade set does not include holder plates, and neither replacement listing includes the machine. Disconnect power before removing or refitting the head; follow the model-specific assembly instructions.
