The AUTEC ASA190A Maki Sushi Roll Wrapper is a manual commercial sushi rolling machine designed to form consistent maki, norimaki, inside-out rolls, futomaki, and sushi burritos from prepared sushi rice sheets. Instead of hand-rolling each order with a traditional bamboo makisu, operators place the prepared rice sheet, nori or alternative wrap, and fillings onto the forming belt, then pull the handle to wrap the roll into a uniform cylindrical shape.

Designed for sushi restaurants, grocery and supermarket sushi departments, commissaries, catering operations, and other commercial foodservice kitchens, the ASA190A accommodates a broad range of roll diameters without requiring operators to exchange forming components between sizes. It can handle traditional nori-outside sushi rolls, rice-outside rolls such as California rolls, larger-format rolls, and wraps made with materials such as soy paper.

The fully manual, non-electric design requires no electrical connection and can be integrated into an existing sushi production line alongside a commercial rice sheeter and automatic maki cutter. Its compact countertop footprint, removable forming belt, stainless-steel construction, and straightforward lever-operated mechanism make the ASA190A a practical solution for operations seeking greater consistency and reduced repetitive hand rolling without moving to a fully automated sushi-roll system.
