Product Overview

The Daekwang DK-ND-1 combines noodle sheeting and cutting in a countertop electric machine for prepared dough. A top feed surface and front roller path lead through the working area, while separate sheeting and cutting rollers perform the two production stages. It gives a kitchen a dedicated rolling-and-cutting station rather than an ingredient-to-finished-portion system.

Roller-gap adjustment controls sheet reduction; the separate cutting roller creates strands. A side-mounted power-transfer lever and switch provide the machine’s controls. The machine uses 110 V power and has a 2 mm blade designation. Plan dough preparation before the machine and cooking and service after it, with settings and handling matched to the exact unit and recipe.
