Self-Cleaning Condenser
The accumulation of dust in the condenser can cause the failure or breakdown of refrigerators. Refrigerators run normally until they reach a certain level of accumulation. At some point, when they are over the limit, their performance drops quickly resulting in damage to, or disposal of the stored products in refrigerators. The Self-Cleaning Condenser device keeps the condenser clean and prevents system failure by automatically brushing daily.
Digital temperature control & monitor system

Hydrocarbon refrigerants (R-290)
With innovative and eco-friendly technology, Turbo Air brings you hydrocarbon refrigerators designed to meet DOE's Energy Conservation Standards in 2017 and to use EPA's SNAP Program approved HC refrigerants. Hydrocarbon refrigerants do not deplete the ozone layer and have very low contribution to global warming (ODP-0, GWP-3).
Sturdy, clean stainless steel shelving
Shelves are the most important part of cleanliness as they come in direct contact with food. After a while, PVC coated wire shelves may peel, rust and lead to unsanitary conditions. Only the Turbo Air Super Deluxe series uniquely provides stainless steel shelving.
High-density polyurethane insulation
The entire cabinet structure and solid doors are foamed-in-place using high density, CFC free polyurethane insulation.

Installation and daily use
Install indoors on a firm, level floor away from heat and splashing water. Leave at least five inches behind the cabinet for airflow and keep ventilation openings clear. Lock the front wheels during use. Connect to a dedicated grounded outlet with the plug accessible; do not use extension cords or adapter plugs.
Run the freezer for 24 hours before loading. Keep stored food clear of the rear interior air inlet and do not let loads overhang the shelf edges. After unplugging, wait at least five minutes before restarting. Do not store glass bottles or other breakable glass containers in the freezer, and avoid touching frozen surfaces with wet hands.
Cleaning and service
Disconnect power before cleaning. Use warm soapy water and a nonabrasive cloth; do not spray the cabinet. Empty the drain pan periodically and place its hose back in the pan. The self-cleaning condenser brushes away dust but may not remove grease; arrange a professional nitrogen blowout once or twice a year.
R-290 refrigerant is flammable. Keep the refrigerant circuit intact and use trained service personnel for repairs. Do not use mechanical tools to accelerate defrosting or unapproved electrical appliances inside the cabinet. Follow the installation and operation manual for servicing and disposal.
