The Turbo Air TCB-4SB-N combines draft beer dispensing and chilled-glass storage, with capacity for 4 half-barrel kegs behind 3 swing doors. Its wear-resistant black vinyl exterior pairs with a heavy-gauge stainless steel countertop. Sliding club-top lids give access to refrigerated glass storage without opening the front doors.

Self-cleaning condenser
Daily automatic brushing keeps the condenser clean to help prevent reduced cooling, equipment breakdown and stored-product damage from dust buildup.

Hydrocarbon refrigerants (R-290)
These hydrocarbon refrigerators are designed to meet DOE's Energy Conservation Standards in 2017 and to use EPA's SNAP Program approved HC refrigerants. Hydrocarbon refrigerants do not deplete the ozone layer and have very low contribution to global warming (ODP-0, GWP-3).

Stainless steel cabinet construction
Super Deluxe (SD) models boast a stainless steel exterior (except galvanized steel bottom and back). SB models have a wear-resistant black vinyl exterior. Heavy gauge stainless steel countertop and club top lids provide a durable, cleanable surface. Interior is stainless steel except galvanized steel top. Spacious inside construction with 32" inner height accommodates various sizes of beer kegs.

High-density polyurethane insulation
The entire cabinet structure is foamed-in-place using high density, HCFC free polyurethane insulation.

Club-top access
The club top combines direct-draw draft beer service with glass chilling. Sliding stainless steel lids provide access to the refrigerated storage area for chilled beer glasses.

Draft setup and drainage

Follow the TCB tower and beer/CO₂ line diagrams when connecting the draft system; select couplers for the actual kegs. Keg couplers are not included. The front direct-draw drain connects to ⅝-inch PVC pipe at the supplied ⅝-inch barbed fitting. Do not pull or turn the drain line.

Installation and daily use

Install indoors on a strong, level floor, away from heat, with at least 5 inches behind the cabinet and unobstructed ventilation. Use a dedicated grounded outlet without an extension cord and keep the plug accessible. Lock fitted front caster brakes and run the cabinet for 24 hours before loading. Keep the rear interior air inlet clear. Do not use mechanical devices to accelerate defrosting or unapproved electrical appliances inside the storage compartment.

R290 refrigerant is flammable. Keep ignition sources away and protect the refrigerant tubing.

Cleaning and service

Disconnect power before cleaning. Use warm soapy water and a soft cloth; avoid abrasives and chlorine-based cleaners on stainless steel. Empty the drain pan periodically and return its hose to the pan. The automatic condenser brush may leave grease; arrange qualified nitrogen cleaning once or twice yearly. Wait five minutes before restarting. Refrigeration repairs require qualified personnel.
