What's included
- Custom-printed paper sleeves with front-and-back artwork in up to two colors
- Chopsticks included: select Bamboo Twin or Bamboo Tenso
Setup charges
- One-color printing has a $60.00 setup charge; two-color printing has a $85.00 setup charge. This applies to first orders and new artwork.
- Reorders using unchanged artwork do not require another setup charge
- The setup charge is added separately from the case price
Shipping
- Orders ship by freight
- Freight is not calculated at checkout; ERS confirms it after the order based on destination and shipment size
- Case prices and setup charges do not include freight or applicable tax
