About this product

Sake warmer

    Not NSF or UL approved.

    Product Overview

The TSK-130B warms and dispenses sake supplied from a 5–18 L cubic container. A stopcock and joint hose connect the supply to the warmer, while a separate water bath provides indirect heating. Electronic temperature control offers warming indications from approximately 45°C to 65°C; these are guidelines rather than guaranteed temperatures for every pour.

One receiving bottle is filled at a time. Adjust the holder so the nozzle reaches into the bottle, then push the bottle until the nozzle is straight down to start dispensing. Liquid reaching the nozzle sensor stops the automatic pour. A separate manual switch dispenses while held, giving the operator another way to draw sake. Check bottle shape and holder adjustment before service because not every receiving bottle works with the nozzle.

The bath holds approximately 4.7 L of water; that figure is not a sake-storage capacity. Check the water level during setup and wait for the selected warming indication before service. Close the cube stopcock and drain the internal sake path after use. Clean the path with hot water below 70°C, without detergent, following the operating instructions; clean the nozzle electrode and renew the bath water regularly. The supply container and receiving bottle are not included.

Plan for the cube above the warmer

The TSK-130B is fed by a separate 5–18 L cubic sake container. Fit the stopcock with its control closed, position the cube and connect the joint hose securely before opening the feed for service. The cube and the receiving bottle are not included.

The body measures 250 W × 375 D × 515 H mm, while the minimum installation space is 310 W × 580 D × 825 H mm. Account for the supply container and access above the unit instead of planning the counter from body height alone. Other warmer formats shown here are alternatives to compare, not interchangeable replacement parts.

    Electronically controlled water bath

Indirect heating uses a separate water bath. Approximate 45–65°C warming indications are guides and depend on operating conditions.

    Automatic stop with manual dispensing

The receiving bottle starts the automatic pour when it brings the nozzle upright. Liquid-level detection stops it; the manual switch dispenses while held.

Check the bottle before relying on automatic stop

Set the holder so the nozzle reaches about 2 cm inside the receiving bottle. Push the bottle until the nozzle points straight down to start filling; liquid reaching the sensor ends the automatic pour. Bottle shape can affect this action, so check fit and operation before using a new bottle style in service.

The separate manual switch dispenses while held, including when the nozzle is tilted. Approximate warming indications run from 45°C to 65°C, but actual sake temperature varies with conditions. Choose and check the pour for the sake being served rather than treating the indication as a guaranteed temperature.

Close the feed, drain the path, then clean

Close the cube stopcock before draining sake from the warmer, so the external supply does not continue feeding the path. For internal cleaning, use a dedicated empty cube with hot water below 70°C and follow the dispensing procedure in the operating instructions. Do not put detergent into the sake path.

Clean the nozzle electrode gently and wash the removable holder and tray with warm water. Renew bath water about monthly. Its approximately 4.7 L capacity is water for indirect heating, not sake storage; keeping that distinction clear makes opening, filling and closing checks easier to follow.
