Plan the worktop and care for the wood
Set aside enough room for the 27¾-inch diameter, with additional space for a rice paddle and seasoning. The large SK choices measure 23¾, 25¾ and 27¾ inches across; compare them with the available counter space before choosing.
Spread cooked rice across the open base and fold seasoning through it gently with a paddle. One selected-size tub is supplied, while the nested photograph shows the large-size range.
After use, hand-wash gently, wipe away excess water and let the tub dry fully in a shaded, well-ventilated place. Avoid prolonged soaking, abrasive scrubbing and direct heat.
