This 8.5" cast iron nabe pot provides a medium shared-service format for sukiyaki, shabu shabu, oden, noodles, stews, and other Japanese one-pot dishes. Its 58 oz capacity accommodates approximately 3–4 servings, while cast iron construction retains and distributes heat for stovetop cooking and hot tabletop presentation.

Known as a tetsu nabe, or iron nabe, this 821-21-N model features a black matte enamel-coated cooking vessel with a wooden lid and matching serving base. The 21 cm format occupies the middle of ERS's nabe family, providing greater capacity than the compact 15 cm and 17 cm pots without moving into the larger 24 cm shared-service size.
