Product Overview

The Verdun OVD-15 is a deba-style knife with a broad, pointed stainless-steel blade and a sculpted silver handle. Its shorter blade and pronounced heel give it a distinct outline beside the long, narrow yanagi models.

This Japanese-made knife has a 5-9/10-inch blade and an overall length of 11-3/7 inches. The silver finish coordinates with the rest of the Verdun range while the compact deba profile gives the preparation station a different blade shape from a gyuto or Chinese-style knife.
