Each end has a narrow, elongated loop projecting beyond the wrapping. Before ordering, compare their form and position with the old handle and the mounting points on the teapot. A similar-looking arch is not enough to establish compatibility.

Follow the teapot maker’s fitting instructions rather than forcing the handle or the pot’s fittings into place. If the original handle is missing or the attachment arrangement is unclear, ask for help identifying the right replacement.

The 4-inch handle combines a curved bamboo form with closely spaced pale wrapping. Its arch gives the replacement a defined shape, while the two dark attachment loops remain visible below the wrapped ends.
