About this product

Color: Blue, Brown

Product Overview

This 15½-inch round lacquer platter pairs a soft blue spiral with a broad glossy brown rim. Fine speckling marks the transition from the pale-blue center to the dark border.

Use the larger round surface for a shared sushi assortment, appetizers or several petite desserts. Leave space between portions so the spiral remains part of the presentation, and offer separate side plates for serving.

A shared sushi presentation

Group small sushi portions on either side of the center. The open blue field gives the assortment breathing room while the brown rim frames the course.

15½-Inch Diameter

Round serving surface for a shared course.

Blue Spiral & Brown Rim

A soft spiral framed by a glossy brown border.

Shared Presentation

Space small appetizers or desserts across the open surface.

A low rim that frames the course

The shallow profile rises gently at the edge. The glossy brown rim and pale-blue center remain visible from a lower viewing angle.

Desserts with room between portions

Space petite cakes and fruit around the spiral rather than covering the entire surface. Individual dessert plates and small forks complete the shared service.
