About this product

Material: Wood
Dimensions: 14¼ in × 9½ in × 3 in height
Selling unit: One piece

Product Overview

A broad wooden top and two supporting feet give this sushi geta its raised serving format. The pale wood and clean rectangular edges create a simple backdrop for a shared arrangement of sushi or appetizers.

The piece measures 14¼ by 9½ inches and stands three inches high. Its wider platform offers more room than a compact individual geta while retaining the same low, open-sided outline. One wooden geta is supplied.

1-742-9 wooden sushi geta with two supporting feet

An open-sided raised platform

The two feet support the broad top while leaving the space beneath open. This construction gives the serving piece height without surrounding the food with a deep sidewall.

Wooden construction

Three inches high

Raised serving format with two supports.

One piece

A single wooden sushi geta.

Allow space for the full footprint

The 14¼-by-9½-inch format needs its own place among individual plates, cups and dipping dishes. Position the accompaniments around the geta so the top remains available for the food arrangement.

Choose a size within the wooden style

Smaller wooden geta offer the same raised-platform idea in more compact proportions. Compare the footprints for individual servings or shared presentation, rather than choosing by height alone.
