Illustrated Red Bamboo Chopsticks with Ceramic Cat Rest

Red bamboo chopsticks with illustrated upper handles sit alongside a reclining ceramic cat rest in this pairing. The chopsticks measure 8¾ inches long, with dark picture bands above the plain red shafts. The pale cat figure has dark accents and measures 2 inches long, 1 inch wide and 0.6 inch high.

Use the chopsticks with a rice bowl, noodle dish or plated meal, then place them on the cat rest during pauses between bites. White dishes repeat the pale figure, while dark tableware connects with the handle bands and leaves the red shafts prominent. The illustrated handles add detail close to the top of the utensils without extending the pattern down their full length. Other cat-rest pairings offer different handle designs, while sets with square or fish-shaped rests bring another companion shape to the table. Made in China, this bamboo-and-ceramic pairing is hand wash only.
