Make four mini taiyaki with this square aluminum maker. Four fish-shaped molds sit in each hinged half, with detailed scales, fins and tails that carry through to the finished cakes.

The TYK2 measures 15 inches long overall and has a 7-inch square cooking format. Its four smaller fish shapes work well for a dessert assortment or a compact snack portion. The hinged halves open wide for filling and removing the cakes, and the long handles extend beyond the molded plates.
