Construction and specifications
Self-cleaning condenser
The condenser brush removes dust daily to prevent reduced cooling, equipment breakdown and stored-product damage from buildup.
Hydrocarbon refrigerants (R-290)
These hydrocarbon refrigerators are designed to meet DOE's Energy Conservation Standards in 2017 and to use EPA's SNAP Program approved HC refrigerants. Hydrocarbon refrigerants do not deplete the ozone layer and have very low contribution to global warming (ODP-0, GWP-3).
Straight-front glass display
Straight tempered front glass, glass sides and a minimal frame provide product visibility in a contemporary Euro-style case. White and black finishes are available.
High-density polyurethane insulation
The entire cabinet structure is foamed-in-place using high density, CFC free polyurethane insulation.
Low-E coated double pane glass is tempered for safety
Adjustable, tempered glass shelves with stainless steel front and back edges
Stainless steel floor and airflow grille
Sliding rear doors for product loading and unloading
Rear access to compressor compartment for quick and easy service
Refrigerated bakery case holds avg. 33°F ~ 41°F for fresher bakery products
Self-contained system, no plumbing required
Safety shielded LED lighting interior
Solar powered digital thermometer
Digital electronic thermostat with defrost control
White and black colors come standard
Recommended operating conditions: TCGB models are designed to operate in an environment where temperature & humidity do not exceed 75°F and 55% respectively. Units should not be installed near HVAC vents, fans or doorways that will disrupt the air curtain and compromise the function of the cabinet. Air curtain models will run most efficiently when completely loaded with product.
Warning: This product can expose you to chemicals including Bisphenol A(BPA) and Di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) and
Cobalt sulfate heptahydrate, which are known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.

Installation and loading
Install indoors on a stable, level surface, away from direct sunlight, HVAC vents, fans and doorways. Keep ventilation openings unobstructed and allow the clearance required for the delivered cabinet. Have the installer follow the manual’s floor-sealing procedure where a floor-sealed installation applies.
Have a qualified installer provide a grounded, dedicated electrical connection. The installation manual specifies a minimum 20-amp dedicated outlet and minimum 12 AWG wiring. Do not use an extension cord or adapter. R-290 is flammable: provide at least 1 m³ of room volume per 8 g of refrigerant, using the charge on the delivered rating plate. Protect tubing, keep ignition sources away and leave refrigerant repairs to trained personnel. Do not use mechanical tools to accelerate defrosting or unapproved electrical appliances inside the case.
Cool the empty case to the desired temperature before loading; do not add hot products. Keep products within the shelf edges and clear of the rear wall and suction grille so air can circulate.
Operation and cleaning
The power, lighting and temperature controls are at the bottom of the front panel. Use the electronic thermostat and defrost controls as described in the manual.
Before first use and routine cleaning, switch off and disconnect power, remove products and allow the cabinet to reach room temperature. Remove the shelves and bottom trays, wash with warm water and mild detergent, then wipe away soap residue with a damp cloth. Keep electrical components dry and do not spray the cabinet. Clean the drain beneath the bottom shelf regularly to prevent rust and leaks.
The automatic condenser brush may leave grease; arrange qualified nitrogen cleaning once or twice a year. Wait at least five minutes after unplugging before restarting.
