Keep food groups easy to distinguish

The set combines four colors with fruit, vegetable, meat and fish-shaped cutouts. Assign each sheet to the corresponding preparation task so the right surface is easy to find. All four share the same rounded shape and overall size, making them straightforward to store together after cleaning and drying.

Prepare on a flat, low-profile surface

Place a sheet on a stable, clean counter and keep ingredients inside its flat working area. The orange carrot-tab sheet is one of the four supplied colors and is suited to vegetable preparation. Each sheet measures 38.2 × 24 cm overall, including the tab, with a thin 1 mm polypropylene body.

Move from chopping to cooking

After cutting, set the knife aside and gently curve the sheet to guide ingredients into a bowl or pan. The flexible format is useful for transferring small pieces together. Clean and dry the sheets between tasks, keeping raw-food preparation separate from ready-to-eat ingredients, and hang them by their shaped openings when convenient.
