Product Overview

The G10B-20 Asahi synthetic cutting board provides a long rectangular preparation surface for a commercial kitchen. At 1000 by 400 mm, it gives a workstation substantially more length than a compact household board, with a plain beige surface that keeps the food and knife work visible.

The board is 20 mm thick and made in Japan. Size the workstation around the full 1000-by-400-mm footprint, allowing room for ingredients and utensils alongside it rather than crowding the cutting area. Its synthetic construction offers a different material choice from the rubber and Hi-Soft boards in the range.
