Product Overview

The Taiji TSK-1000C is an ivory-finish warmer and dispenser supplied by a 5-gallon cubic sake container above the appliance. Its 1,000 W indirect water-bath system warms sake separately from the heating water, supporting repeated bottle service from one bulk supply.

Automatic shut-off filling is complemented by a front manual-dispensing switch, with an overspill tray beneath the serving position. Match the container adaptor to the sake packaging and choose a receiving bottle that works with the nozzle and holder.

The silicone feed tube connects the adaptor to the warmer. Retain the stopper clip for container changes, avoid twisting the white valve, and allow room above the appliance to lift and exchange the cube.

Build the station around your sake supply

The 5-gallon cubic container supplies the warmer from above; its volume is separate from the heating-water bath. Plan the counter around both the appliance and the space needed to lift a replacement cube into position.

Match the adaptor to your sake packaging. Connect the silicone tube securely over the adaptor nozzle, with at least ½ inch of overlap, before connecting the feed to the warmer. Obtain the correct container adaptor from your sake distributor.

Cubic-container supply

A cube mounted above the appliance feeds sake through a connected tube. Match the adaptor to the actual sake packaging before setup.

Front dispensing control

A manual-dispensing switch is provided at the front of the warmer. Follow the supplied operating instructions for filling and bottle positioning.

Overspill tray

The serving area includes a tray to collect sake drips and overspill during service.

Keep the serving position practical

The front manual-dispensing switch puts a dispensing control at the serving position. The overspill tray sits below that area to collect drips and overspill. Choose the receiving bottle and its position using the instructions supplied with the appliance.

The appliance dimensions are W14.8 × D9.8 × H20.3 inches. Do not treat the appliance height as the total clearance needed for a loaded sake carton: allow space above the unit to place and exchange the supply container.

Prepare for the next container

Keep the blue stopper clip with the silicone feed tube for container changes. Use the clip to stop flow and avoid twisting the white valve, which can pull the tubing loose and cause leakage.

Keep the adaptor, feed tube and replacement container accessible to staff. Follow the appliance’s operating sequence when changing the supply, and clean the sake path and serving area according to the supplied manual.
