Product Overview

The KB8722 tea strainer has a rounded stainless steel mesh bowl with a long wire handle. It measures 2½ inches in diameter and 6 inches long. A small support loop sits opposite the handle, while coiled wire wraps the central grip section.

The open bowl form offers a different arrangement from an enclosed tea ball. Position it as appropriate for the cup or vessel you select, without assuming one universal fit. The strainer is made in Japan and should be hand washed. Tea, cups and other serving accessories are not included.

A mesh bowl and a long wire handle

The KB8722 combines a round mesh bowl with a coiled-wire handle and a small support loop on the opposite side of the rim. The 2½-inch diameter and 6-inch overall length define the strainer’s size. Stainless steel construction and an open-bowl profile make it a straightforward part of a tea setup. Hand wash only; tea and the receiving cup or pot are selected separately.

The round mesh bowl measures 2½ inches in diameter, with an overall length of 6 inches. The narrow coiled handle leaves room to hold the strainer while positioning its bowl over a separately selected cup.

Strain into a separate serving cup

Use the mesh bowl to catch loose tea as it passes into a cup. The wire loop opposite the handle is visible alongside the rim. Cup and teapot are shown as serving accessories and are not included.
