A fine band gives the rim definition
A narrow horizontal band runs beneath the A1359 rim, interrupting an otherwise plain white profile. The upper wall appears relatively straight before the body curves inward toward the low circular foot. From the side, the band and foot provide two small changes in contour without adding a colored border or printed pattern. The shape can sit alongside other white ceramic tableware while retaining a detail of its own. This is a round bowl, not the higher-back slanted form of the A4616 comparison. The listed 9⅛-inch diameter and 3⅜-inch height describe its overall dimensions. They do not specify the width of the flat inner base, the wall thickness or the amount of broth the bowl holds.
