The Narita NRC-10SS-W is a 10-cup rice cooker and warmer with a stainless steel inner pot and silver-and-white exterior. The removable steel cooking vessel offers an alternative to a coated inner pan for everyday rice preparation.

One front switch starts the cooking cycle, and the cooker changes to Keep Warm when cooking finishes. Leave the lid closed for at least 15 minutes after that changeover before fluffing the rice with the supplied spatula.

Rice preparation with a steaming option

The cooker supports steaming while rice cooks when equipped with the matching steam tray. Follow the pan water marks and operating instructions for the food being prepared. The supplied measuring cup and spatula support measured batches and serving.

Measure for the stainless steel inner pot

Measure rice using the supplied cup and follow the correct water marks in the inner pot. Rinse rice separately, dry the pot exterior and make sure the pan bottom meets the clean heating plate. Use the supplied rice measure; Narita does not specify a U.S.-cup equivalent or cooked yield.

Removable parts for daily cleanup

Remove the inner pot, inner lid and dew collector for cleaning. Unplug first, wash removable parts with a sponge and wipe the housing with a damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and do not immerse the electrical body.
