The Thunder Group SEJ22000 is a 50-cup commercial electric rice warmer designed to hold already-cooked rice warm and ready for high-volume restaurant service. This is a dedicated holding appliance—not a rice cooker—allowing kitchens to move finished batches out of the cooker and maintain rice at serving temperature for up to 12 hours while the cooker begins the next batch.

Its 100W warming system provides low-power continuous holding, while the removable Teflon-coated aluminum inner pot helps prevent sticking and simplifies rice service and cleanup. A hinged stainless steel lid helps retain heat and moisture during holding, and the 50-cup capacity supports approximately 100 bowls of rice for restaurants, buffets, catering, cafeterias, and other high-volume foodservice operations.
