The Zojirushi THA-603S is a 6-liter commercial electric rice warmer designed specifically to hold already-cooked rice at serving temperature during restaurant service. Its established 33-cup capacity designation uses a 180 mL rice cup and provides approximately 66 servings of cooked rice, making it well suited to restaurants, sushi bars, cafeterias, buffets, and other operations that need dependable rice holding between cooking batches.

Unlike a rice cooker, the THA-603S does not cook rice; its role is continuous powered holding.
