Project Goal:
From vision to opening day -- A large-scale, multi-level Korean barbecue restaurant featuring 80+ tabletop grilling stations, integrated updraft and downdraft ventilation systems, a fully equipped commercial kitchen, expansive dining areas, second-floor bar facilities, and rooftop outdoor dining.
Eden Restaurant Supply supported the complete restaurant buildout, encompassing front-of-house and back-of-house equipment, specialty systems, furnishings, tableware, procurement, installation coordination, and ongoing operational supplies.
Scope of Work
Comprehensive equipment planning, specification, sourcing, procurement, delivery, and installation coordination across the restaurant's multiple levels. The project included 80+ grilling stations, two distinct ventilation configurations, complete commercial kitchen and refrigeration systems, meat processing and preparation equipment, bar and beverage facilities, dining furniture, tabletop and servingware, warewashing infrastructure, and opening inventory.

Critical Project Considerations
Dual Ventilation Integration. Coordinating overhead updraft and integrated downdraft exhaust systems across more than 80 grilling positions required careful alignment of equipment layouts, duct routing, exhaust capacity, makeup air, utilities, and fire protection with the project's mechanical and construction teams.
Multi-Level Restaurant Operations. Kitchen production, meat preparation, refrigeration, dining service, and warewashing were planned around high-volume guest traffic and efficient movement between floors, with particular attention to grill grate replacement, food distribution, and service circulation.
Second-Floor Bar & Rooftop Dining. Dedicated beverage equipment, refrigeration, ice production, furniture, and service supplies were coordinated for the upper-level bar and rooftop dining areas, accounting for equipment placement, access, and outdoor operating conditions.
