Use the mini board for small additions

The orange mini board gives small chopped ingredients their own surface before they go into a dish. Hold it securely and guide the food through the open side into a bowl or pan, keeping it away from hot cookware. After use, clean and dry the boards, then store them together or hang them through their small openings.
