Product Overview

The AXS-80 is an 80-quart stockpot made from 3/16-inch-thick 3003 aluminum, with a reinforced rim and two loop handles. The wide open vessel provides a larger-capacity option for batch broth and soup than the matching 60-quart AXS-60.

At 18 inches in diameter and 18¼ inches high, the pot requires more equipment and storage space than smaller stockpots. It is supplied without a cover and is NSF listed. Select its capacity, footprint and wall construction together when equipping a batch-cooking station.

The 3003 aluminum body is 3/16 inch thick and has a reinforced rim. These construction details distinguish the model from thinner or smaller-capacity alternatives.

This stockpot is supplied without a cover. The two opposed handles remain part of the vessel, while any lid must be selected separately for the correct model and size.

An open vessel for larger batches

The 80-quart capacity suits larger batches of broth or soup. Its wide opening provides access for stirring and serving tools, while the tall sides define the vessel's substantial profile. Plan the cooking station around the 18-inch diameter, 18¼-inch height and projecting handles; the pot is supplied without a cover.

Organize ingredients for the batch

The wide open top leaves space to arrange vegetables and other ingredients before adding liquid. Prepare the batch in stages, with the ingredients and tools within reach of the cooking station. The pot's 80-quart capacity is the larger option in the matching AXS pair; the AXS-60 offers a smaller 60-quart format.
