Product Overview

The C-1668 Colors cutting board from Pearl Metal brings a neutral gray finish to everyday preparation. Made in Japan from polypropylene and thermoplastic elastomer, this sheet-style board measures approximately 34.5 × 23 cm and just 2 mm thick. Rounded corners, a subtle perimeter line and an integrated hanging slot keep the design simple.

The dishwasher-safe board contains a silver-based antibacterial additive and has a stated heat-resistance limit of 130°C (266°F). Clean it after every use, regardless of the additive. One board is supplied; the matching Colors options share the same size and are sold separately.

The neutral gray Colors option

The C-1668 keeps the Colors range's rounded rectangular shape, narrow perimeter detail and small handle opening in a neutral gray finish. Its approximately 2 mm sheet profile stores neatly without the bulk of a thick chopping block. At about 126 g, it is light to lift by the opening after preparation.

Clean up for the next preparation task

The gray board is dishwasher safe and can also be washed with mild dish detergent. Clean both faces and the handle opening, rinse thoroughly and allow it to dry before storing. Keep raw-food and ready-to-eat preparation separate. The silver-based additive is part of the board material, but it does not replace proper cleaning.

The orange C-1664 and deep-orange C-1665 offer the same 34.5 × 23 cm format as this gray version. Choose the colors that make your own preparation routine easy to follow; each board is sold individually. After cleaning and drying, use the integrated opening to hang the board from a suitable hook, keeping the working face clear.
