The Turbo Air TCGB-72DR-W(B) is a nonrefrigerated bakery display case with 23.2 cu. ft. of space. Curved tempered glass, a minimal frame and LED interior lighting provide a clear view of products. Sliding rear doors give staff access for loading and serving. Choose white or black from the available variants.

Display and cabinet construction
The Low-E-coated, double-pane glass is tempered for safety. Heavy-duty white PE-coated wire shelves provide adjustable display levels. The cabinet has a stainless steel floor and airflow grille, with high-density, CFC-free polyurethane insulation foamed in place throughout its structure.

Placement and dry display use
This dry case does not refrigerate its contents. Use it for bakery products suitable for room-temperature display; products requiring chilled storage need a refrigerated case.
Place the cabinet on a stable, level surface and keep products within the shelf edges. Have the electrical supply and mounting checked against the delivered model instructions. Use a grounded outlet without an extension cord or adapter. Floor-sealed installations require the base to be sealed as directed in the manual.
Cleaning and care
Switch off the lights and unplug before cleaning. Remove products, shelves and bottom trays. Clean the interior with warm water and mild detergent, wipe with a damp cloth and remove soap residue. Keep electrical components dry and do not spray the cabinet. Clean the case before first use; have repairs performed by qualified personnel.
