Its elongated oval outline rises at the ends, with fine linear texture across the surface and a separate rounded sauce well at one end. Measuring 10⅞ inches long by 4½ inches wide and 1 inch high, the plate offers a narrow presentation for sushi, dumplings or sliced appetizers, with the accompanying sauce kept in its own section.

Choose the integrated food-and-dip layout when the appetizer and its accompanying sauce should arrive on one plate. A two-compartment ceramic plate such as the 10-by-6-inch A0406 offers a shorter, wider alternative. The YG-7610MB keeps a 10⅞-by-4½-inch oval format in dishwasher-safe melamine.
