6¾″ × 4½″ White & Brown Porcelain Plate & Dish Set with Chopsticks

Raised brown rails run along the long sides of the rectangular plate and smaller dish. Dark joint marks and a leaf accent give the set a bamboo-inspired design, while the white centers keep the presentation uncluttered.

The larger piece provides a low rectangular setting and the smaller dish has a deeper curved profile. Both sit on low bases. The tableware is porcelain; the bamboo appearance is decorative.

The set includes the plate, companion dish and chopsticks. Made in Japan.

Use the plate for mochi or another individual sweet and the smaller dish for berries. Keeping the two portions separate makes use of the different depths without covering all of the brown edge decoration.

A simple teapot and small cup complete the dessert setting. Food, cups and other accessories are not included with the plate-and-dish set.
