11¾″ Stainless Steel Sekiryu Sashimi Knife — Black Handle

The Sekiryu SRP300-S has a long stainless-steel sashimi blade extending from a black handle and silver collar. Its narrow blade face and pointed front create a dedicated slicing profile rather than the broad form of a santoku or deba.
