Product Overview

The DJ-WDGT27 bamboo geta gives sushi a raised rectangular setting with rounded corners and a warm, striped grain. Two supports lift the board from the table while keeping the outline simple and open around the serving.

Its 10½ by 7-inch footprint provides a larger format than the matching DJ-WDGT24. Use the board for a balanced arrangement of individual pieces, then hand wash and dry it well after each use; this bamboo geta is not dishwasher suitable.

DJ-WDGT27 bamboo sushi geta with a mixed sushi arrangement

Give individual pieces room across the board

The rectangular top allows sushi pieces to sit in rows or small groups rather than being piled into a bowl. Leave some bamboo visible between the pieces so the grain and rounded outline remain part of the presentation.

Bamboo Construction

Warm natural appearance with visible strip-like grain.

10½ × 7-Inch Footprint

Rectangular serving area with softly rounded corners.

Raised Geta Form

Two supports separate the board from the tabletop.

Keep the supporting tableware alongside

Set a dipping dish, chopsticks and small bowl beside the geta instead of filling every part of its raised surface. This keeps the sushi selection central while the accompaniments stay within reach.

Choose the size, then follow the care routine

The smaller DJ-WDGT24 carries the same warm bamboo style in a 9½ × 6-inch footprint. Compare the serving area before choosing, and hand wash and thoroughly dry this geta after use rather than placing it in the dishwasher.
