About this product

Green teacup 10oz
Size: 3"D x 4"H
Made in Japan

Product Overview

The RT 70-12 uses dark bamboo silhouettes over a green speckled background, with a dark foot grounding the upright cup. The handle-free body gives the branching leaves and stems a continuous surface to cross. The teacup holds 10 fl oz and measures 3 inches in diameter by 4 inches high.

Made in Japan, this green version shares its bamboo motif and dimensions with the brown, espresso-trimmed RT 70-11. Choose the green palette for a cooler color accent or coordinate the two designs while keeping the same serving size. A plain pot, spoon and saucer provide a restrained backdrop for the dark bamboo artwork.

RT70-12 — dark bamboo across a green ground

Dark bamboo across a green ground

The green surface is finely speckled behind the black bamboo stems and leaves. The straight upper walls narrow gently toward a dark foot, giving the cup a quiet vertical shape. The 10 fl oz capacity and 4-inch height define its use as an individual tea vessel rather than a serving pot.

Green bamboo at the tea table

Dark bamboo strokes cross the lower part of the green speckled cup, with two curved stems rising above them. The 10 fl oz format brings the pattern into a simple tea setting. The biscuit, dish and surrounding table accessories are separate.

The hand-held view shows the straight-sided 3-inch-diameter, 4-inch-high format and dark foot. Vertical variations in the green surface frame the black bamboo pattern, while the open rim reveals the tea inside. Tea is shown for serving context.
