About this product

Product Overview

A curved decorative sail rises above the gold-toned hull of the WM861 sushi boat. Red accents outline the raised ends and the small platform beneath the mast, giving the vessel a vivid appearance without covering the central serving area.

This plastic presentation boat measures 25 inches long and is supplied as one piece. Use the open center for a composed sushi arrangement and allow space above the boat for the sail. Compare net-style or open boats when a different display silhouette is preferred.

WM861 plastic sushi boat with curved decorated sail

Let the sail remain the focal detail

The curved sail adds height and a broad decorative surface behind the food. Keep tall garnishes away from it so the graphic remains visible within the finished presentation.

Arrange food in the open hull

The low center sits between the upturned ends of the boat. Group the food along that open area and serve sauces in separate dishes to keep the decorative vessel visually organized.

Choose a display shape that fits the setting

A sail boat creates a different outline from a low open boat or one with a net. Consider the surrounding tableware and vertical space as well as the 25-inch length when planning the presentation.
