Taiji TSK-150C Sake Warmer Dispenser 5-Gallon – Ivory

The TSK-1000C draws its sake supply from a cubic container positioned above the warmer. The 5-gallon designation describes the supply container, not the water bath used to warm the sake. Plan space for both the appliance and the overhead container.

Before service, match the container adaptor to the actual sake packaging. The feed tube connects the adaptor to the appliance; a matching connection is a setup requirement, not a promise that every cube or fitting will work.

The silicone feed tube uses a stopper clip to control flow during container changes. Retain that clip and follow the connection instructions; do not twist the white valve when handling the feed connection.

Keep the adaptor, feed tube and replacement container accessible to the staff working the station. At setup, confirm the operating and cleaning instructions supplied with the actual unit rather than transferring a procedure from a different sake-warmer model.
