The H11-A20 is a large Hi-Soft preparation board for kitchens with room for a 120 × 45 cm working footprint. Made in Japan, it combines a soft synthetic cutting surface with a plain rectangular profile and a 2 cm thickness.

The long face provides space to position food for knife preparation while keeping successive portions within the same working area. There are no handle cutouts or raised borders occupying the surface, so you can arrange the station around your preferred cutting direction.
