The H11A-20 is a pale-ivory Hi-Soft cutting board with a long 1200 × 450 mm footprint and a 20 mm thickness. Its soft synthetic surface suits a dedicated knife-preparation area where there is room to support and comfortably use a large board.

The plain face has no attached handle or raised frame dividing the preparation area. Use the length to position ingredients and organize portions, while keeping bowls, tools and finished food alongside the board rather than crowding the active knife path.

Compare the board with the size of your ingredients, the knife movements required and the available washing area. Smaller stations may be better served by a shorter board that leaves room for staging and safe tool placement around it.

Keep preparation steps organized
