The soft synthetic cutting surface has a plain rectangular form, with no perimeter groove, raised rim or attached handle taking up the working face. Position the board to suit the cutting task and keep the active preparation area clear of containers and utensils.

Made in Japan and supplied as one board, the H5-20 should be selected around both the ingredients being prepared and the available workstation. Measure the counter, washing area and storage space, and choose a larger Hi-Soft size only when the extra surface will be useful.
