The NEC-1 is a commercial electric sake warmer and hot sake dispenser designed for high-volume service from an 18 L (5-gallon) cube container. Its automatic operating system uses indirect water-bath heating with adjustable temperature control, allowing restaurants to warm and dispense sake from a dedicated countertop unit rather than heating individual servings separately.

The 5-gallon supply format makes the NEC-1 particularly suited to Japanese restaurants, sushi bars, izakaya, and other operations with substantial hot sake volume. Its cube-container configuration also gives this model a distinct role from bottle-fed sake warmers and ERS's Taiji TSK-150C/TSK-150CS models, which use manual dispensing controls.
