Product Overview

The Taiji Ti-2 sake warmer brings warm-sake service to a compact bar or restaurant counter. Its refillable 3.6 L tank accepts sake poured from bottles or cartons, so you can choose your sake without a dedicated bulk-container connection. The single dispensing outlet fills one serving bottle at a time.

A 500 W heater warms a separate water bath around the titanium heat-exchange passage. Variable temperature control and automatic liquid-level stopping work with an adjustable bottle tray. The U.S. model runs on single-phase 120 V, 60 Hz power and measures 6.30 inches wide × 13.58 inches deep × 24.61 inches high.

Choose a pour-in tank for your sake service

Fill the upper sake tank between its approximate 0.5 L and 3.6 L marks. Close the drain cock before filling and replace the lid afterward. A pour-in tank makes it easy to change the bottle or carton used to supply the warmer without fitting a package adapter.

The separate warming bath holds approximately 2.3 L of water. Check its water-level indicator before use and fill only through the water inlet. Sake belongs in the upper tank.

Refillable 3.6 L sake tank

Pour sake into the upper tank between the 0.5 L and 3.6 L marks; the separate water bath is filled with water.

Indirect water-bath warming

Sake passes through a titanium heat-exchange pipe warmed by bath water, with a variable thermostat controlling the bath.

Bottle-level automatic stop

Adjust the tray to the receiving bottle. Dispensing stops when sake reaches the nozzle sensor; pull the nozzle forward to remove the bottle.

Taiji Ti-2 temperature dial, heater lamp and dispensing indicator

Set the bottle height, then follow the heater lamp

Set the tray so the nozzle extends about 2 cm into the serving bottle. Wait for the heater lamp to go out before dispensing; the liquid-level sensor stops the pour. Pull the nozzle forward to remove the filled bottle.

Check a small first pour after startup or rinsing. Allow reheating when the heater lamp comes on between bottles, especially during repeated service. Serving bottles are sold separately.

Taiji Ti-2 tank opening and removable lid

Make draining and rinsing part of closing

Drain remaining sake after service, wash the removable parts and rinse the tank and sake passage according to the Ti-2 operating instructions. Keep the nozzle sensor clean. Allow the machine to cool before draining the water bath, and replace bath water about monthly.

Use indoors for Japanese sake on a stable, level counter. Secure the anti-toppling brackets and leave room above and around the warmer for refilling, cleaning and bottle handling.
