Product Overview

I-654-66 is a 26-inch wooden hangiri for the rice-preparation side of a sushi station. Its broad, open round interior gives staff room to spread and work the rice before forming rolls, nigiri or other sushi portions. The 7-inch height keeps the working area contained without turning the tub into a deep storage vessel.
