Product Overview

Traditional 19 cm Korean dolsot stone bowl for bibimbap, hot rice, jjigae, soups, stews, and other Korean dishes. The natural stone construction retains heat for sizzling tabletop presentation and helps keep food hot throughout service.

Made in Korea for restaurant and foodservice use. A compatible DH-STBWBX18 wooden serving base is available separately for carrying and presenting the hot bowl.

Bring individual bibimbap, rice and Korean stews to the table in the DH-STB19 natural-stone dolsot bowl. Dense grey-and-white patterning gives its rounded body a textured appearance, while a silver-toned band outlines the exterior just beneath the rim. Natural stone retains heat for hot tabletop presentation without the look of a plain glazed ceramic bowl.

The 19 cm, 7½-inch diameter keeps the main serving compact enough to sit beside rice accompaniments, sauce dishes and utensils. Choose the same-style DH-STB20 when a larger diameter is preferred. This bowl is made in Korea; the compatible DH-STBWBX18 wooden base is sold separately. Hand wash without soap, and do not use a dishwasher or microwave.

DH-STB19 gray stone bibimbap bowl with a silver-colored band

Natural stone with a defined rim

Grey-and-white natural-stone patterning continues across the rounded rim and interior. A silver-toned exterior band sits just beneath the lip, giving the bowl a clean visual line against the textured body.

Hot-dish presentation

For bibimbap, rice and Korean hot dishes.

19 cm format

The 7½-inch diameter provides an individual dolsot serving format.

Hand wash without soap

Keep this stone bowl out of the dishwasher and microwave.

DH-STB19 Bibimbap service on separate base

A compact setting for bibimbap

The 19 cm diameter keeps rice, vegetables and toppings together in an individual serving. A compatible DH-STBWBX18 wooden base is available separately; the base and food shown are presentation accessories, not included with the bowl.

Serve hot dishes with the right care

Natural stone retains heat for soup and stew presentation as well as rice dishes. Hand wash without soap after use, and keep the bowl out of the dishwasher and microwave. Serving accessories shown are sold separately.
