Product Overview

This No. 4 rectangular cast iron sizzling plate is designed for serving steaks, Korean BBQ meats, grilled proteins, and other hot entrées directly at the table. Heavy-duty cast iron retains heat after cooking, helping maintain temperature while creating the sizzling presentation associated with hot-plate restaurant service.

The 9-1/2" x 5-1/8" rectangular plate offers a more compact serving format than the larger No. 5 model while preserving the same rectangular presentation style. Its wood base separates the heated iron plate from the tabletop during service.

The HYS-REC04 No. 4 combines a coated black cast iron plate with a pale wood base. Straight sides create a compact rectangular arrangement for sliced meat or rows of vegetables, and short end tabs finish the outline.

Use its 9.5 × 5.125 in surface to define an individual main course. The matching No. 5 offers a larger rectangle when another portion size is needed in the same style.
