Product Overview

Give a composed main course room to breathe on the 1712TM Tenmoku plate. Its 11¾-inch diameter offers a broad round setting for a central entrée with vegetables and rice arranged beside it, or for an appetizer selection brought to the table together. The circular format allows components to spread around the center rather than following the line of a rectangular platter.

A dark black surface, rippled texture and brown-red perimeter create a distinctive frame around the meal. Leave some of that surface visible to separate the components and make lighter ingredients stand out. This larger plate carries the Tenmoku palette alongside smaller sauce dishes, rice bowls and teacups without requiring every piece to share its shape. The melamine plate is dishwasher safe after service.
