Product Overview

This No. 5 rectangular cast iron sizzling plate is designed for restaurant steaks, grilled meats, BBQ, and other hot entrées served directly at the table. The heavy-duty cast iron retains heat after cooking, supporting the characteristic sizzling presentation while helping food remain hot throughout service.

The 10-3/4" x 5-3/4" rectangular cooking surface provides more serving area than the smaller No. 4 model, while the included wood base separates the hot cast iron plate from the tabletop. Its rectangular format also gives it a distinct presentation profile from ERS's round and oval iron steak plates.

The No. 5 HYS-REC05 gives a main course a long, straight-sided frame. Its black coated cast iron plate rests inside a shaped pale wood base, with a raised border around the food and short tabs at the ends.

The 10.75 × 5.75 in surface suits lengthwise plating of steaks, sliced meats or vegetables. Coordinate it with the smaller No. 4 while choosing each plate around the intended portion.
